Steelcase Think V1

I tried out the Steelcase Think Version 1 for a few weeks.  (This one is Leather, which is not my favorite material, but in the used furniture business, you try what you get.)

The design with tense metal rods on the bottom give it a springy feel to the seat that is somewhat different than the feel of an upholstered seat or a mesh seat.  I like the seat, it's different, but it's cool.  It's the back I cannot get comfortable with.  

Often, I like to sit straight up, like 90 deg, this chair will not go to that 

Its not a bad chair.  Just spoke with a friend of mine who has been using one for years and loves it.  It's not my taste, but like any chair you are looking at, trying it for yourself is the best way to make a decision.
